Drink six (6) glasses of water (1.5 liters) everyday in the manner prescribed below. ***Amazing Water Therapy Procedure:*
- Early morning, after you get up from bed, (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.50 liters of water i.e., 5 to 6 glasses. You may wash your face after. Here, it is very essential to note that nothing else, neither drinks, nor solid food of any sort, should be taken within 1 hour before and after drinking these 1.5 liters of water.
- If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose.
- *It is difficult to drink 1.5 liters of water at one time, but you will get used to it gradually. Sometimes a large straw is helpful.
- Initially, while practicing you may drink four glasses first and to balance two glasses after a gap of two minutes.
You may find the necessity to urinate 2 to 3 times within an hour, but it will become normal after quite some time.

How Does Pure Water Act?* *
- Consuming ordinary drinking water by the right method purifies the human body. It renders the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, known in medical terms as \"Haematopaises\". That the mucousal folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method, is an undisputed fact, just as the theory that new fresh blood is produced by the mucousal fold.
- If the colon is cleansed then the nutrients of the food taken several times a day will be absorbed and by the action of the mucousal folds they are turned into fresh blood. In the mean-time the whole meal ferments and turns to acid. Consequently, when the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil! So it is better to eat your fruits in an empty stomach or before your meals.
You have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc.: The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat! Actually, all this will not arise, if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.
Graying hair, balding, nervous outbursts, dark circles under the eyes - all these will not happen if you eat fruit on an empty stomach. It is incorrectly presumed that some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic and will enhance acidity in the stomach. Research however shows that all fruits become alkaline in our body.
When You Need To Drink Fruit Juice:
Drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get the taste. So stop making durian porridge if you want nutrients. Cooking fruit destroys all the vitamins. Eating the pulp or whole fruit is far better than drinking the juice as the fiber is good for you. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

A 3 day "fruit fast" is a very simple and effective way to cleanse and detoxify your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look! I sent it out for the value of the process suggested, on how to drink the water.
The reason Dr. Hussian\'s Therapy works, is this:
If you eat well before 10: 00 PM, preferably before 7:30 PM, it will help the food digest, this is because the digestive process stops around 10: 00 PM. If you do not drink water or anything else 1 hour before and 1 hour after your meal; Two things will happen you will not dilute your gastric juices, thus allowing optimum digestion of the food and you will allow some of the water to enter your cells and not be absorbed by the food.
As we age we produce less gastric juices, so if we eat a large meal before the digestive process turns off, it is helpful to take a digestive enzyme with the meal. Remember when you wake up in the morning the cells of your body are screaming for water. If you drink it with your breakfast the water will be absorbed by the food and flushed out through the system, and your cells will still be screaming for water and will begin to die from dehydration. The best time to water the cells of all the organs in the body and the blood supply is in the morning when you first wakeup. When we eat breakfast and drink coffee without watering our internal cellular system, we are killing cells on the continuum. The cells can not renew themselves nor flush ones system as quickly, so the debris from their extinction accumulates and the body becomes a toxic dump, this leads to disease and organ breakdown. Oh, by the way, when I was studying Bacteriology, about 50 years ago, I came upon a research paper from Mayo Clinic which claimed caffeine hardens the tissue, which reduces the blood flow through the system. Also, it is well know that alcohol dehydrates the system in addition to killing cells, including the cells in the blood vessels, thus thinning the vessel walls. This increases the demands on the heart, and reduces the efficiency of the Lymphatic Drainage, as this system does not have a pump. I am sure, if you read the book "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" by Feyedoon Batmanghelidj, you have a good understanding of the process. There were no interstates at the time. Back in the 1940s, Route 66 was the best way to California. My folks had just bought a new tan English Ford, with a crank handle that you stuck into the front of the engine and turned to start the vehicle. I don’t know why they wanted to drive it from New York to the hot deserts of the American Southwest.
When a lone gas station owner urged Dad not to drive across the desert without strapping four canvas water bags onto the bumper, he listened. The old man told Dad, “You know, it gets up to 140 degrees in the shade at noon. Now, if you break down, you’re gonna get real thirsty. Soon, nausea comes on and you’re feeling real sick. When you’ve lost ten percent of your body’s water, you feel sort of giddy. Then your tongue swells up like it don’t belong in your mouth. Now, you can’t close your eyelids as the corners of your eyes dry up. Your skin turns blue. Then come the hallucinations. You see, you go crazy before you die.”
Dad bought the water bags, and I suddenly became aware of how quickly life can dry up and blow away.
You don’t need to be stranded in a desert to feel the effects of dehydration. Almost all the people you see and meet on a daily basis are dehydrated. How many folks complain of a lack of energy? It’s the number one complaint in America. Insufficient energy is the first sign that the blood, tissues, and organs are not getting enough water, and your liver and brain are the least tolerant of a lack of water.
This has led some medical researchers to conclude that Alzheimer’s disease is simply the result of long-term dehydration of the brain. The same loss of brain function that causes a lost and thirsty person to eat sand believing it to be water causes your wife, husband, mother, or father not to recognize you any longer. They are not demented, only thirsty. When you were born (depending on the drugs in your mother’s body), you were ninety percent water. As you become an adult, the hydration level begins to drop; it can drop to as low as sixty-five percent in men and fifty-two percent in women. However, if hydration levels drop just five percent more, death occurs. decoration
Both water intake and thirst sensation decline with age, and so does mental function. When your pituitary gland begins to dry up, vasopressin, a hormone it secretes, is likewise handicapped. Vaso refers to the blood vessels, and pressin refers to constriction or pressing. Vasopressin regulates the flow of water to the cells and intracellular spaces in your body. When this hormone reaches a cell membrane, it presses water through a filtration receptor so that only water reaches and hydrates the cell. This is crucial because vital organs begin to fail without proper hydration.
Consider this: when you take a coffee break, that ingested caffeine limits the secretion of vasopressin and keeps it from circulating. Thus, even though you are getting plenty of water with the coffee, your cells are dehydrating. Alcohol has the same effect, which is why drinkers are incredibly thirsty in the morning after a bout of heavy drinking. Bear in mind that the five quarts of blood coursing through your body are ninety percent water, and the rest of your body holds between fifty and eighty quarts of water. Your brain and nerve tissues are eighty percent water or more.
Every time you move any body part, even a finger or toe, water is required. That’s why dehydrated people have so many aches and pains. It’s also why people look so old; their dehydrated organs steal the water from their skin in order to function. Remember, under ordinary circumstances, you expel up to a gallon of water every twenty-four hours. What do you think happens when you don’t replenish that supply? Your body experiences a drought condition!
A mere two percent drop in hydration will make your short-term memory so fuzzy that you’ll be unable to remember your friends’ names, have trouble doing basic math, and forget where you put your keys. Since seventy-five percent of Americans are chronically dehydrated, it’s no wonder people are losing their minds.
Yet, the solution is so simple: cool, clean water. Drink eight to ten eightounce glasses a day of pure water, and you’ll be amazed at how many ailments disappear. Don’t worry; you’re not demented—just dehydrated.
